Daniel focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, construction, timber trespass, and business law. Daniel has extensive litigation experience representing homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, community associations, and other interested parties in a variety of litigation matters in both Federal and State Courts.
Prior to private practice, Daniel was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, where he represented DSHS in child dependency and parental termination matters; he also represented the Department of Labor and Industries in workers’ compensation matters.
Daniel obtained his law degree from Seattle University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington. Daniel grew up in Shelton, Washington, and now lives in the Steamboat Island area of Thurston County with his wife Alexandra, and daughter, Scarlett.
Daniel is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, Mason County Bar Association, Thurston County Bar Association, and Thurston County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Daniel also volunteers with Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services.
