
David was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. He graduated from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a dual major in History and Religion & Theology while obtaining his Secondary Education Certification. After college, David began teaching Social Studies. During this time, he earned his Master of Education with an Education Technology Emphasis from City University of Seattle, and he received his National Board Certification. Later in his teaching career, David spent some of his time as a Cambridge International Examinations consultant, leading best practices training in various parts of the country.
After 18 years of teaching, David decided to attend law school at Seattle University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. After law school, He worked for Chicago Title National Commercial Services as a Commercial Escrow Specialist and then as a Commercial Title Officer.
David moved on to work at Goldstein Law Office where he does real property law, construction law, and landlord-tenant law. He drafts contracts, leases, easements, and documents for new developments. He represents clients involved with Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations. He prepares documents for litigation, provides escrow services, and represents landlords and tenants in eviction and ejectment cases. Additionally, he represents Goldstein Law on the board of Olympia Master Builders as legal counsel.
